We collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping
experience and to communicate with you about our products, services,
contests, and promotions. We do not sell or rent the information
you provide to us online to third parties. However, we might
have need to share your information with third parties under certain
circumstances, such as your credit card company or bank, but only
for the sole purpose of expediting your online order. You will
be contacted if this need arises.

receive an email from us announcing new products, special events,
or sales on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. You will always have

Ordering
and Shipping
We accept online payment with VISA or MasterCard
via our industry-standard SSL secure ordering procedure.
You can also phone-in your order using our toll-free number,
800-846-6175 or
mail it in. We can accept any major credit card on phone orders.
UPS ground shipping within
the contiguous United States is included in your purchase price.
Orders for
in-stock items will typically ship
within (5) business days. UPS cannot ship to a P.O. box - a street
address must be supplied with order.
Expedited Shipping:
If you need your purchase shipped quicker,
please call toll free 800-846-6175,
and we will calculate the additional charges and take your order
over the phone. Because all items are hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind
pieces, if we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you
by phone or e-mail to let you know a projected ship date.

United States
We regret to inform you that at this time
we can only process orders placed for delivery within the contiguous
United States.

Returns/Exchanges
Each
piece of Sunset Canyon Pottery is hand made by one of our on-site
craftsman, and is a unique piece with its own personality. Even
within sets, the individuality of each creation is evident.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, it is not unreasonable
to expect slight differences from item to item with respect to
size, shape, and glaze, even within sets of items.
All of our descriptive volumes and measurements are averages.
We
want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are
not, please follow these instructions:
For damaged or defective ware - If the item is damaged
in shipment or defective upon arrival, please call us toll free
(800-846-6175) for instructions. We will exchange or replace the
item for you.
Other - If you are not happy with the product for any other
reason, please return the product in its original condition and
packaging along with the completed return form which you will
find enclosed in the original package. We will gladly exchange
the item or refund your money excluding return shipping costs
and a 10% restocking fee.

Using
our Pottery
Our pottery is oven safe, dishwasher safe
and suitable for the microwave. It is however sensitive to sudden
temperature changes. Pottery is best placed in a cool oven and
then the oven set to whatever a recipe calls for. Avoid preheating
or broiling on our pottery. DO NOT PUT YOUR POTTERY ON AN OPEN
FLAME OR ON A HEATING ELEMENT.
